Please read this email carefully -- it contains important information regarding your participation in the conference. Important information for parallel speakers =========================================== Please prepare your presentation in Adobe Portable Document (PDF) format. However, Powerpoint (.ppt, .pptx) or OpenDocument Presentation (.odp) formats are also acceptable, but no other formats can be supported. You must upload your parallel presentation at least one hour prior to the start of your parallel session. To do so, please log into the conference management system at https://express.converia.de/frontend/?sub=51 and select "View your papers/sessions", then click on the little presentation symbol under "Actions", select the file to upload and click on the button "Upload presentation". Parallel session talks are 15 minutes (plus 5 minutes for discussion). Since the parallel programme is extremely full, parallel session chairs are requested to enforce time very strictly. Important information for poster presenters =========================================== Posters must be in A0 portrait format (841 mm wide, 1189 mm high) or smaller. They must be affixed to the assigned poster boards (using only the removable adhesive strips provided) before 5pm on Tuesday and removed before noon on Wednesday. Posters left up after this point will be removed and may be collected from the conference office until the end of the conference; any posters left uncollected will be destroyed.
